The terms that apply when you use this website and buy from Teileter Lighting.

These terms apply to your use of teileter.com and to any order you place with Teileter Lighting. By placing an order, you agree to them.
How ordering works
- Request a quotation through a product page, Build a set, email or WhatsApp.
- We confirm the product, quantity, finish, electrical configuration for your country, shipping cost, any duties and taxes, and the estimated delivery time in writing.
- Your order is confirmed once you accept the quotation and payment is received.
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. We may decline an order, for example if a product becomes unavailable; if payment has already been made, we will refund it in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Set discounts apply to list prices as described on the website: 10% off two paid items and 20% off three or more. Shipping, duties and taxes are shown separately in your quotation unless stated as included. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
Product information and images
We describe each product as accurately as we can. Room scenes are styled illustrations to help you picture scale and atmosphere, and natural materials vary from piece to piece. Dimensions on product pages are the reference for size. If a detail matters to your project, ask us to confirm it before you pay.
Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Returns, refunds and warranty are covered by our returns and refunds policy.
Installation and safe use
Hard-wired pendant and wall lights must be installed by a qualified electrician in line with local regulations. Use each light indoors in dry locations, with a compatible bulb that does not exceed the stated wattage, and disconnect power before cleaning.
Wholesale and custom orders
Wholesale, project and custom orders may have their own minimum quantities, lead times, payment schedule and return terms. Those terms are set out in the written quotation and take priority over these general terms where they differ.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Intellectual property
Text, photographs, illustrations and the Teileter name and logo on this website belong to Teileter Lighting or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
