From material to finished detail.
Each light passes through several pairs of hands: shaping and finishing the shade, fitting the wood detail, then wiring and assembly. The footage shows these stages across the workshop's wider range of lighting.
Three days of care before dispatch.
Once you order, your light receives three days of care at the workshop. It's cleaned and given a final check of its surface, fit and wiring, then packed to travel safely by air.
Skills beyond one collection.
The workshop also makes lighting, metalwork, glass and mixed-material pieces for other clients. You'll see some of them in the footage; they show the range of skills on site, but they aren't part of the Teileter collection.

Why we work with a partner workshop.
Teileter chooses every light in the collection, and our partner in Henglan makes it. Working with an established workshop means experienced hands, the right tools for stone, wood and weave, and certification for Europe (CE) and Australia (RCM).

From the workshop to your home.
Your light leaves the workshop by air and usually arrives around 15 business days after dispatch. Our shipping policy has delivery times and costs for your country.
