How do I place an order?
Choose your arrangement and colour, add to cart and pay securely with PayPal or card at checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation by email. Each light then receives three days of care and a final check at our Zhongshan workshop before it ships by air, usually arriving around 15 business days after dispatch.
Are prices shown in US dollars?
Yes. All prices are in US dollars. Free shipping on orders of $199+ (after set discounts) Import duties and taxes are included on every order, so there's nothing more to pay on delivery.
What details are on each product page?
Each product page lists the size and materials of that light. If a detail you need isn't listed yet, such as cord length, bulb or voltage, email us and we'll confirm it before you order.
Will the lights work in my country?
Our lights are made for 220–240 V, the standard in Europe, the UK and Australia. If you're in the US or Canada (120 V), please email us before ordering and we'll confirm a 120 V version of your chosen light. Table lamp plugs are confirmed for your country before dispatch.
Are your lights certified?
Certified for Europe (CE), Australia (RCM) and North America (UL).
Where are your lights made?
Our lights are made by our partner workshop in Henglan Town, Zhongshan, in southern China's lighting region. Our Factory page has original videos of the showroom, workshop and storeroom.
Do you offer trade or wholesale orders?
Yes. Interior designers, retailers and hospitality buyers can order larger quantities or custom finishes through our trade page. Share the model numbers or a drawing, the quantity range, the finish and your destination, and we'll quote minimum quantities, customisation and lead time for your project.

Will I pay duties or taxes on delivery?
No. Import duties and taxes are included on every order, wherever we deliver, and we arrange customs clearance, so there's nothing more to pay when your light arrives.

What about returns and warranty?
Damaged or faulty items reported within 7 days of delivery are replaced or refunded. Unused lights can be returned within 30 days for a change of mind. Read the full returns and refunds policy.
1-year warranty
Every Teileter light comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. If your light develops a fault under normal indoor use, email tl@teileter.com with your order number and a photo or short video, and we'll repair or replace it at no cost.
The warranty doesn't cover damage from incorrect installation, outdoor or wet use, or the natural variation in colour and veining that makes each piece of stone unique.
