Can I purchase a lamp now?
No. This website currently presents display samples only. We are not accepting orders or payments. Availability and pricing will be published when the product collection is finalized.
Are the designs and specifications final?
No. Images and sample names represent the current design preview. Final products may differ. Materials, dimensions, electrical specifications and finishes remain to be confirmed.
How can I ask about a particular design?
Visit the Contact page and email us with the sample reference shown on its detail page, such as TL-246. You can also describe the space or project you have in mind.
Where can I find factory information?
The Our factory page is reserved for factory photography, location and production information. These details will be added as they are confirmed.
Are certificates and test reports available?
Not yet. The Credentials page contains clearly marked spaces for future documents. No certification or regulatory approval is claimed at this stage.
Do you offer wholesale or custom designs?
You are welcome to share your interest or project requirements. Wholesale terms, customization options, minimum order quantities and production lead times have not yet been finalized.
Which countries will you ship to?
Shipping destinations, delivery charges and lead times will be announced with the finalized collection. No shipping service is currently offered through this website.
What about payment, returns and warranty?
Payment methods and sales policies will be introduced before ordering becomes available. The current site does not accept purchases, deposits or reservations.
