This policy explains how Teileter Lighting (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit teileter.com, contact us or place an order.

- Contact details you share through email, WhatsApp, phone or our forms, such as your name, email address and phone number.
- Order details, including products, delivery address, destination country and correspondence about your order.
- Payment information, which is processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Website usage data, such as pages viewed, device and browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To answer enquiries and prepare quotations.
- To process payment, manufacture, pack and deliver your order, and to provide after-sales support.
- To keep the website secure and understand how it is used so we can improve it.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Who we share it with
- Our manufacturing partner in Zhongshan, China, whose sales team handles WhatsApp and phone enquiries and who prepares and dispatches orders.
- Payment processors, couriers and customs brokers, only as needed to complete your order.
- Website hosting, analytics and email service providers acting on our behalf.
- Authorities, where required by law.
International transfers
Because our products are made and dispatched in China, information needed to fulfil your order is transferred to and processed in China. We share only what is needed for that purpose.

We use essential cookies to run the website and analytics cookies to understand visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some site features may then work differently.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California, the UK and the EU, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To make a request, email tl@teileter.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Children
Our website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
