Where orders ship from
Every Teileter light is cared for, checked and dispatched from our partner workshop in Henglan Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. Orders placed on this website travel by air.
Delivery times
Each light receives three days of care and a final check at our workshop, then ships by air. Delivery usually takes around 15 business days after dispatch.

Shipping is calculated from the weight of your order and your destination, and you'll see the cost before you pay.

Duties and taxes included
Import duties and taxes are included on every order, wherever we deliver. We arrange customs clearance on your behalf, so the price you pay at checkout is the final price, with nothing more to pay on delivery.
Australia
No import duty, GST or customs fees to pay on delivery. Certified for Europe (CE), Australia (RCM) and North America (UL). Pendant lights must be installed by a licensed electrician.
European Union
No VAT, customs duty or handling fees to pay on delivery, including the EU's €3 low-value parcel duty introduced on 1 July 2026. Certified for Europe (CE), Australia (RCM) and North America (UL).
United Kingdom
No UK VAT or customs duty to pay on delivery. Certified for Europe (CE), Australia (RCM) and North America (UL).
United States
US import duties are included, with nothing to pay on delivery. Our standard lights are made for 220–240 V, so please email us before ordering and we'll confirm a 120 V version with an E26 lamp holder.
Canada
Import duties and taxes are included, with nothing to pay on delivery. As in the US, please email us before ordering to confirm a 120 V version.
